1. I value you as a professional and reliable person and trainer. This is very important for our collaboration and the reason why I am very happy to welcome you and your team into my Gracie Concepts® network.

2. It is very important that all our Dojo/school partners represent us 100%. That is why it is also important—regardless of whether you represent other styles/schools—that you teach the Gracie Concepts® program (54 classes).

This must be done professionally and in accordance with our high VB/Vacirca Brothers teaching standards.

Der gute Vorsatz für 2026

Alle Jahre wieder nehmen sich die Menschen vor, mehr für Körper und Geist zu tun … Doch meist bleibt es eben nur beim guten Vorsatz im Dezember für das kommende Jahr.

Meine Frage an euch: Wie oft trainiert ihr tatsächlich pro Woche? Und was glaubt ihr, ist meistens das Problem, weshalb die meisten nicht einmal den Start schaffen?

Beides hängt für mich nämlich zusammen! Was ich damit meine? Das werde ich euch bald schon sagen! In der Zwischenzeit wünsche ich euch ein schönes und erholsames Wochenende.
